98 Cover of plant species

Countries are free in the assessment of the abundance/cover of the plant species.

The submission of this cover is done in % using up to 5 digits with a floating decimal separator (between .0001, 99.99 and 100.0).

In the DAR the complete assessment methods, as well as the adopted conversion to % shall be specified.
