193 Date of maximum foliation and PAI

The expected date of maximum foliation shall be given as an independent estimation.

In most cases this is based on literature or on expert estimation.

If only a certain month can be specified, insert the 15th day of the month (e.g. 150712 indicates that maximum foliation is expected in July).

PAIeff always needs to be submitted.

If LAImax can not be calculated (e.g. due to missing clumping correction, or missing SAI), only submit PAI.
