91 Survey number
Each time (date) and fencing situation (inside, outside), that an assessment of ground vegetation is made on a given subplot (coded by the sample_ID), a survey number is given (identical on both PLV and VEM forms).
By combining the plot number with the sample_ID and the survey number a unique plot/survey number is created.
Example: A spring and a summer assessment on a subplot should be submitted as follows
