311 Date of assessment

Please take note, that the date of assessment in IPM needs to exist also in PLI.date_observation.

As an example, if there is an assessment for the IPM form, e.g. on 02.02.2021, then there needs to be a line in PLI with the observation date 02.02.2021 as well.

In cases of thinnings or other disturbances, you might have several inventories, e.g. one before (01.03.2021) and one after the event (01.10.2021).

You can submit all inventories, and have to make sure, that there is an equivalent line in PLI for each assessment day (e.g. 01.03.2021 and 01.10.2021).
