197 Date of related SAI measurement (winter, if applicable)

The date of related SAI measurement does not need to be submitted if the parameter to be specified is SAI.

For the other cases the date of related SAI measurement needs to be submitted.

This does not necessarily be in the same year, instead it may be up to five years old as SAI is not expected to change as dynamically as LAI.
