Special Notes

The documentation / metadata of submitted photos is automatically extracted using the software “exiftool” (https://exiftool.org/) by the PCC periodically.

The extracted metadata will be cross-checked with information available in form LAP.

Therefore the form LAP does not have to be submitted if

  • uploaded photos contain correct metadata which can be extracted with exiftool

  • the image filenames follow the correct format described here: Explanatory Item 86
